How I lost 20 pounds in 2 months

I started in February 2015 with 21 Day Fix, which includes portion control and exercise videos. It was definitely a change for me at first, although I had already learned to eat healthy before starting the Fix. Once I started working out every day and eating the right portions of nutritious food that was when I started to see results. There were days when I wanted to give up and wondered why I even started, but then I reminded myself that if I keep fighting and believing in myself  then the work will pay off.

By the end of March I had gone from 155 to 135 and I felt amazing. All of my friends and family started noticing and I had to change my entire wardrobe because most of the clothes I had were too big on me. The best part about it is that I am not starving myself, I am not working out two hours a day, my sleep is great, my stress levels are low and I am excited to wake up every day looking and feeling great, and continuing to endure through whatever challenges life brings with a healthy mindset.
